- Assist with updating and maintaining the Service Log to track issues, resolutions, and timelines.
- Follow up with clints to ensure satisfaction with completed work.
- Assist with investigating, measuring coordinating and completing small client projects for the company.
Project Support & Closeout:
- Conduct exploratory demo work for projects in the design phase to help identify existing conditions.
- Ensure punch lists and remaining items are completed after project demobilization.
- Occasionally close out punch list work for projects when a Superintendent is reassigned before completion.
Field Operations & Site Visits:
- Visit active projects to assess status, identify potential issues, and support field teams.
- Verify all QC checklists are completed and signed off by Superintendents and Project Managers.
- Assist Superintendents with QC Inspections, follow-up and issue resolution.
- Meet manufacturer representatives on-site for inspections, installations, and technical evaluations.
- Capture and distribute drone photos for marketing, documentation, and field coordination.

Process Improvement & Testing:
- Assist in testing new workflows, tools, and processes to identify bugs and help refine implementation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, field operations, or project coordination preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfortable working on active job sites and performing investigative fieldwork.
